Third Annual Landscape & Maintenance Industry Trade Show & Field Days6/7/2005
What a success the third
annual equipment show was with 19 vendors from the Washington
Association of Landscaping Professionals (WALP) displaying their
equipment at Vancouver Lake Park. Good weather, good food and great
company! Fun was had by all who attended – 300+ hot dogs were consumed!
GEM Members, Gil Mitchell and Sharon Morgan made sure to share the GEM
concept with many. And congratulations to Shawn Lorang, an employee of
C-Tran! Shawn won the drawing for a small Stihl rototiller!
Also present was a Response Unit from Multnomah County and the C-Tran
Van with the GEM Display.
Special thanks to the following GEM Members:

• City of Vancouver for the use of the Gas Grill
• Clark County Parks for use of the park
• Gil Mitchell & Sharon Morgan for their efforts in organizing this
event
